About Me

I am a Registered Dietitian working in Long Term Care and in Indigenous Health.

I am passionate about food and nutrition and I feel honoured to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with the clients I work with on a daily basis.

My objective is to equip my clients with the skills and tools they need to make healthy nutrition choices based on their individual needs and their desired outcomes.

I believe in an holistic approach to health and wellness and encourage my clients to incorporate all aspects of their lives including nutrition, fitness, mental health, self-care, and interpersonal relationships in achieving their unique, personal goals.

My overall goal is to inspire and empower my clients to live their best lives through the nutrition and lifestyle choices they make every day.
I am a member of the College of Dietitian's of Manitoba (CDM) who's regulatory obligations are legislated by the Registered Dietitian's Act (RDA) embedded in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) - Province of Manitoba.
